Herman has a vast experience in Health and Safety and the Security Sector and have more than 25 years' experience in the development of course content and training of security officers, bodyguards, airport personnel and retail managers.

He developed and implemented the health and safety plans of several high-end Golf Estates and Security complexes. Occupational Health and Safety is one of the areas that he excels in, because of his experience with inspections, recommendations and training. He is known in the field as a "problem solver" due to his ability to take on complicated projects with excellent people skills and management style. After a long career as training Centre manager for large security companies, he decided to make himself available as a consultant.
